Jose and Carlos are panhandlers. They panhandle in different areas of town. Carlos panhandles just as long as Jose but only collects 2 to 3 dollars each day. Jose brings home a suitcase FULL of $10 bills, drives a Mercedes, lives in a mortgage free house, and has a lot of money to spend. Carlos says to Jose, "I work just as long and hardas you do but how do you bring home a suitcase full of $10 bills every day?". Jose says, "Look at your sign; what does it say?" Carlos sign reads, "I have no work, a wife, and 6 kids to support." Jose says, "No wonder you only get $2-3 dollars." Carlos says, "So, what does your sign say?" Jose shows Carlos his sign. It reads, "I only need another $10 to move back to Mexico."


An old man, a boy & a donkey were going to town. The boy rode on the donkey & the old man walked. As they went along they passed some people Who remarked it was a shame the old man Was walking and the boy was riding. The man and boy thought maybe the critics were right, So they changed positions. Then, later, they passed some people who remarked, "What a shame, he makes that little boy walk." So they then decided they'd both walk! Soon they passed some more people who thought They were stupid to walk when they had a Decent donkey to ride. So, they both rode the donkey. Now they passed some people Who shamed them by saying how awful to Put such a load on a poor donkey. The boy and man figured they were probably right, So they decide to carry the donkey. As they crossed the bridge, They lost their grip on the animal and he fell into the river and drowned. The moral of the story? If you try to please everyone, You might as well... Kiss your ass goodbye!

however we had all better wake up and start paying attention! This
morning, from somewhere in Pakistan, Taliban Minister of
Migration, Mohammad Omar, warned the United States
that if military action against Iraq continues,
Taliban authorities will cut off America's supply of
convenience store managers. And if this action does not yield sufficient
results, cab drivers will be next, followed by Dell Computer customer service
reps, Motel 6 managers, and liquor store cashiers.
Who knew it would come to this. It's getting ugly.
