great to hear...i've lost approx. 16 lbs. since the beginning of the year. i am at my target weight...now i need to get some tone.

That's awesome dude!! Keep it up!  I exercise my right to not exercise! ha! I havent done that shit since Sarah and I worked out together 2 times a week.  Walking. That's the most you'll get outta me. Strap the kiddo (19 lb bowling ball) in the baby bjorn, and walk the dog (Pit/Boxer mix) at the same time. Shit, I'm tired!!!! But it seems to work.

Zymote... if you want me to review what a normal couple of days of eating are for you, I can do that and show you how to cut back on calories, etc. I would keep it private. You would just IM me. I've helped other people with this, but I never say anything on the boards.
