I've actually got a blog journal I've been keeping on my myspace page for those who are interested.

It's taken about two years. Lost 30 lbs within the first 3 months, then only about 10 lbs over the next year and a half. Gained about 5 back over the last 6 months, then got hardcore and have lost 15 in less than a month.

Basketball every weekday for 1.5 hours. 20 mins of cardio right afterward. Lift weights twice a week (mon & thurs) and cut my caloric intake (still get to eat what I want, just not as much of it).

At this rate though, I'll be in my 220's easily by May and ready to show off my hard work come summer time.

Nice one. I've been hitting the gym 3 times a week, and seeing basically no results besides feeling better. I'm doing 30 minutes of cardio, followed by another 30 of weight training. I've also reduced my caloric intake by quite a bit. Anybody got any suggestions?

How many weeks? You should be able to see some sort of results on ya. Maybe drop your carbs, except right before your workouts..

Do you get enough sleep? Do you monitor your heart-rate during the cardio?

As for me, I've dropped 2 sizes since December. From July to November, I went back and forth every couple weeks with what I'm guessing was about 10 -15 pounds. In December, I decided to get serious. I almost gave up after working my ass off 6 days a week for a month without results...I'm glad I didn't though cause from January to a week ago, I'm down 2 sizes. Pretty soon my ass might even be small enough for Juandingo to want me. hahahaha jk
