| Who here does yoga on a regular basis? Do you feel like you have really lost weight, and kept it off? And in all areas like your abs? I love yoga, but I want to make sure I will be able to slim down and keep it off before committing to a year or 6 months membership at a yoga center. I would prefer a center versus a gym with a yoga class because I like the focus and ambience. I have always done cardio, weight lifting, etc. for results. Any input is appreciated! |

Isn't yoga more flexibility stretches that are supposed to calm and relax you? I like pilates because all the movements are centered around your ab muscles. Yoga never really gave me that soreness around my ribs and abdomen that I like to have from the couple of times I tried to do it. |

I have been working out at the gym at my work for a couple of months, and really have not seen any weight results, however I do notice some areas firming up.... Still I have my little pooch and I want it gone! I love yoga but I have a hard time doing it myself, I need someone to talk me through it, and a friend actually told me you can find guided yoga online....

I'd like to get into Bikram and Khundalini sessions on Sundays, but unfortunately my cash is tied up in my wedding at the moment. Someday.......
