Yeah, so I'm sitting on the train this morning and a cop, who I might add made me look like Joe Peschi size wise, gets on checking passes. I show him mine and he starts conversing with a woman sitting next to me. Everything is fine when suddenly he goes stomping back to the car behind me. I look back there and this fool is making a scene about getting a ticket for not having a ticket on him and is refusing to get up out of his seat. This goes on for about 20 seconds until he's getting yanked up out of his seat by Gigantor and his friend and "escorted" off the train. Stating the obvious I look at another passenger and declare "That went well for him".

Rofl I love it when people are jackasses to cops. Seriously, did this guy think that if he just sat there and didn't get up that the cops would eventually leave him alone? How fucking hard is it to come up with 2.50 for a day pass? Genius plans are going down daily on the DART rail folks.

I used to love this when I rode the train. You would see people bound off the train when the police got on. Also, sometimes people would use an old ticket they found on the ground and pass it off as new.

Someone told me that the fine for not having a ticket is $200? Is that right?

I think it's 75 the first time. Not sure though since I always pay.

there are days when I miss riding the train. there are a lot of days I don't miss it as well.

I won't miss it once a get a car. Down the road if I can swing doing the park-n-ride thing I'll do that.

I wish I had a buddy to ride with every morning just to laff at people with. That would probably lead to trouble though.

Me too. Some days it was nice to sit and read or doze off for a little bit during the commute. But when it was hot and crowded or there was someone who stank of urine sitting near me, then it wasn't so great.

Still, riding it to the AAC or to Ft. Worth is still great.

This one dude shit himself on my bus the other morning. Like I could see the imprint of the log coming out on the back of his khakis. He was drunk and sprawled out in the bench next to mine. I wanted to DDT him on the curb. Nobody should have to smell human feces on their way to work.
