I hope we can play with the same running speed we did with GS. I hope Terry and Bass and Howard and Dirk pull through again and make those shots. I hope their defense does just as good. I hope Kobe doesn't make sixy points.

I'm afraid of him and Gasol.... I loved Kidd at the last game, I hope he has enough energy to do what he did last time against LA tonight.

And I don't think Stack will be back....

I'm hopeful but, Kobe is scary.

If the mavs can get set in a transition defense and hold Kobe to less than 30, we might have a shot. Dampier needs to come up huge for us to have any chance at stopping Gasol. What kills me is when he makes bonehead mistakes like hangin around too long in the paint.

If Avery will let Jason run that offense you are going to see tons of fast break buckets and you know most of those will be going to josh... he has been on FIRE of late!

Well the other night, I thought it was a huge factor that GS wasn't hardly making ANY of their shots. I know Kobe will make his and so will Gasol. That's what scares me, even if we DO play as good, we still may not beat them.

let's just hope at least Dirk, J ho, Terry and Kidd come up huge offensively and I think we might be able to pull it off. Kidd looks real comfortable now with Avery's system. I am feeling way more confident than I did 2 weeks ago.

Mavs shot over 60% in the 1st half and they're only up by 10, that doesn't bode well.

yeah comon' everyone knew it would be a close game... they haven't been "trounced" by the Lakers at all this season. They have all be close games within no greater than 6 points.

Well, I'm not. Probably because if we don't make it to the playoffs - I've already kind of come to terms with it. But do I still hope they make it? Fuck yea. Do I still think they can? After seeing how they played the last two games, I'm a lot more hopeful than I was, that's for sure.
