Yesterday was my first time taking a intermediate Pilates class. I thought it was going to be hard. I didn't want to go but my neighbor gave me no choice. Then we sat in the sauna for a bit. Today we are going to Yoga. I am not sure what we are doing tomorrow. This MAY be a start for me. I have never been to the gym before.
I think I am a bit excited.

I liked the Pilates class but did not care for Yoga. I am hurting now. I will commit to this. I just need someone to light a fire under my ass to give me a jump start.

I need to stick with it and start meditating. I need a stress relief and something that can help me focus.
