Well, it happened to me the first time i ever did yoga. It's not like i could help it or hold it in. I went into some yoga position that sucked in air, apparently, and it was embarassing. It is something you can't control. I've talked to 2 other girls that that happened to. they said if your body is not used to it, that can happen. so i want to know, who else has that happened to?

at social gatherings when the subject of conversation turns to yoga, you should offer to show a girl present a yoga position to see if they'd be into it... you tell them this position is for the very newest to yoga and that there should be nothing to worry about

and then you make them queef

The queef position might be different for every girl, and I can only take a guess which one it was for me. I think it was the one laying on your back/shoulders with your legs straight up in the air above you. when i came down out of this position, that's when it happened.

I didn't write about it not being active, just that you do "hold" poses & focus on breathing. I've never been one to want to work on my balance. I already commented on yoga being more than stretching.

I had a freaking 90 minute video which is vinyasa flow style. It's pretty intense It was called Power Yoga, ha ha, I loved it when ppl would try to do it w/me & get all wore out. But yeah, the hardest thing for me - and still is - to just focus!

I've used the Living Yogo Am & PM videos for like EVER. They are only 20 minutes each, great for waking me up & winding me down. I think watching Rodney Yee every morning for a year, I got this Asian hottie obsession from watching him so much.

Conceivably you certainly could, assuming you know the correct movements for every posture and can remember the pace of the class itself. Ultimately having a breeze will disrupt the consistent barrage of the heat and your body temp won't get as hot as you'd like it. Having the energy of the other people in the class and the focus on staring at yourself for most of the class trumps personal time at the lake.
