Not that I have seen...

They tell you not to wear perfume,lotion and etc. Lots of people even shower before they go in the studio.. I went to the one in Grapevine lastnight and almost died. That stuff is not easy. It was totally worth it though...

That's where Jess and I went yesterday. Nice studio, nice people, and their prices are more favorable. We will be going back there for good I believe.

I am sore in places today that haven't been sore in a long time. I love it!!

i used to be really into kundalini yoga... for the mere transition from the calmness into sort of an aerobicized (love making up words ) action then back down again.... to me that was the best. it really worked me inside & out - i think i need to get back into this.

is this also more aerobic than just stretches (not trying to demean)??

Yes cardio is part of it. I was shocked to see my heart rate get up so much the first time I did it. It's nowhere near easy. If you want to try bikram you can meet up with me. A drop in class is $18. I'm going to one in Grapevine.

well as long as i don't make fun of them for things they have no control over, then i can live guilt free. i try not to act like a name dropping, bored townie. it looks a little crazy to some people, but being nice works for me. i'm a happy girl who loves life.

when are you going to admit that i never lied about anything? you were making fun of cheap knockoff purses. you were explaining how much money you like to spend on brand names. i said i disagreed with your priorities. i said it wasn't nice to make fun of the poor people who buy knockoffs cause that is all they can afford. i also spoke to a couple guys on this board irl about making jokes about rape & incest. i told them it wasn't funny & it made them look bad.

i know you never looked at it that way. i know it makes you feel something inside when you pick on others. that is why you keep coming at me. you probably have no expectation of a response from me. it is weird & threatening for you when you realize other people have different priorities. you obviously have deep & serious issues that have been upset by this to want to go beyond simple ridicule and continue harassing me about some random thread subject for over 2 months now.

in america, democrats and republicans can live & work side by side & not be at each other's throats every day. its pretty cool. its called being a grown up. even if you can't bury the hatchet with me, for your own sake you need to realize the value of agreeing to disagree.

now go run along & make fun of someone else that can't defend themselves. you really must have nothing better to do then try to get some attention from me today. i'm not feeding you attention again till June, so you'll have to find a new online hobby.
