Not sure about the bizarre foods guy but he seems cool.

HGTV gets me in trouble! But I love that channel.

History and History international are some good channels too

Oh and VH1 Classical has some good music shows on!!

I like Sweat Equity, House Hunters, The Discovery Channel, The Science Channel, and sometimes the Speed Channel shows where they modify Ford Focuses and other regular cars whenever I need a break from brainless shows.
