Does it have caffeine? In an attempt to stop drinking coffee Iv been drinking green tea but it seems to lack punch. If it does have caffeine is there a certain type that has MORE caffeine.

30 mg/cup, as opposed to coffee and its 130 mg/cup. You also get a fat measure of antioxidants, which will keep you looking and feeling young, as well enhancing sexual and neurovascular health. Cut it with some locally made, raw honey and drink that shit everyday. Republic of Tea eff tea dubya. Central Market has a nice selection of their loose leaf varieties that you can measure out yourself.

green tea is the shiz. i have two glasses every morning. it is a key preventer for osteoporosis and that is something every old lady in my fam has major problems with. if you go to kazi or tiantian or wherever you live, you can get he genmaicha tea which is a lot better than any other green tea ive had. its got brown rice in it which helps kill the bitterness and makes it all yumm yumm
