| Ddm softball game is this sunday!!!!
Are there enough people on here that like to play baseball/softball? I would like us to all get together and play some games on Sundays this summer/fall. I think it would be fun and also a good way to meet new peeps. We could have a cookout at the same time anyone interested ? Im always good for Sundays DATE: JULY 20TH 2008 TIME: 12:30pm - 5pm LOCATION : Walnut Hill Park 10011 Midway Rd (Midway and Walnut Hill) 214-670-7112 ROSTER SO FAR  will update Sharper - Stephanie--------------------1 bat, 1 ball, 3 gloves James Warren Reamer - Kim Dammitsammit - Sam + 1 Enchilada with doo doo.. - Travis ONE FM - Juan Pickle - Brandi------------1 bat, 2 gloves Monarch - Jeremy----see above Travis - Travis ------- glove and some balls Kotecki - Nick Dj Uhm - Brian GooBox - Rachel + Beer Matt Meyer Boywonder - Clent .. i saw your myspce J-Who - Jamie So far, steph and I have bought 2 gloves, 1 34" softball bat, 1 regulation size softball. You will have to get your own gloves or at least enough to cover one side of a team (since the other team can borrow your glove while your batting) An extra ball or two would be nice if you wanna bring some. This park DOES have a grill on location if anyone wants to bring some meat for the grill? I think I will bring a bag of charcoal, a light, and maybe a round or two of hot dogs and some drinks..anyone else who wants to piutch in then feel free This should be alot of fun and it will be cool to meet some new ddm peeps. Maybe we can make this a monthly thing if it goes well and if everyone has fun?

I remember when my ex joined a fall volleyball league that met on Sunday's. We would go out and party all night... then have to get up... and go to volleyball all hung over. It totally sucked. I think we finally just stopped going. I didn't even play, I just sat there and watched... and it sucked.

Kickball seems more like DDM's speed. I'd be down for some kickball Baseball requires helmets.. etc, I'm not down for paying for those items..
