hahahaha! Incredible. The affidavit reads a report of what allegedly happened. IT's a report the officer took from her complaint and a report of the arrest. She said he did all those things. Whether they happened or not is yet to be determined. If they did, then it's messed up. If they didn't, then it's messed up that she claimed they did. She could be a complete freak liar psycho just as easily as he could be a woman batterer. Jesus. You don't get that? Now if there's audio of it, then I guess that will be a determining factor. Otherwise, it's still a he said she said situation until proven otherwise.

Thanks. I appreciate that. It just surprises me how quick people are to infer he's guilty when nobody knows. And like I said, I am the last person in this world to accept violence towards a woman aside from self defense. In fact, the only times I have ever been in a physical altercation was defending myself (once) and jumping between a dude and his girlfriend (once), and I almost had my ass beat for it. But I'd do it again. I have no tolerance for violence against women, race, sexual orientation, etc... If he's guilty, then he'll get his hopefully. If he's not, then she'll get hers. Hopefully.

it's not a bit. and it didn't happen on cbs time or property. if he is found guilty i would assume cbs might make a move, but I dunno. depends on his contract i guess.
