Fair enough. But I find it odd that she would be with him for 3 years... and all of a sudden would turn psycho on him.

Now, maybe the story behind the fight is not true... and she probably hit him too. Which isn't stated in the report. I kind of doubt she is without any fault in the whole ordeal. For all we know she was instigated the fight.

But the fact remains, she has physical proof that he hit her, which is wrong... and she has a recording of what went on.

Anyways, I bet she drops the charges and gets back with him.

Whether they happened or not is yet to be determined. If they did, then it's messed up. If they didn't, then it's messed up that she claimed they did. wrong. She STATES that she has audio. She STATES that her injuries were caused by him. But the fact is... that as easily as he could have done it to her, she could have concocted the whole scenario.

Really? Do some of you not get the difference between fact and possibilities?

The only FACTS in the case are that she filed a report, cops took her statement, and he was arrested. That's it.
