Russ martin and crap like that is the reason i only listen to pre recorded stuff from BBC or radio One now.I have not listened to local radio since last November and have no reason to listen to anything local here anymore

How I came to tune him out. I'd switch by the station, hear him say something and pause for 15 seconds, say something else, then pause. Like watching grass grow. It's radio, not readers theatre.
