| it is if you want to eat ALOT ...but i also work at the drug emporium in town..they have an organic produce sectionand give the employs the bad looking veggies and stuff..so it works out for me.

| or what's real economical is getting a couple of chickens, cooking them...dismembering the whole thing spaghettii random vegtables...etc you have meals for a week(one chicken) or a few... actually what i might do is buy a whole turkey and cook that mug, freeze what i don't use and go from there. and vegtables are cheaper if you don't get the prepackaged pre chopped shit...my chopping game is tight now...making salsa is fun.

From 8:30 AM- 4:00 PM Swiss Oatmeal with berries from Corner Bakery Taco Bueno- Mexi Dips and Chips and a party bean buritto 6 crackers Luna bar HHhuuuummmm, as I type that out I think I'm completely aware of the reason why my tummy is growling right now. I need to eat some more! Damn. I still have 25 miles of biking and 2 miles of running tonight (already swam 1 hour/3,200 yards this morning). Quote:

We had a spread at work, I think I gained about 10 lbs. -2 pieces of Church's chicken -fried rice w/ sausage -2 kinds of noodles -7 layer dip w/ chips -beef and chicken fajitas w/ tortillas -cheese cake -carrots w/ ranch -strawberries -2 chicken fried steaks -corn on the cob -mashed potatoes and toast
