Just had some shredded beef tacos, home made guacamole, re fried beens with roasted poblano peppers, and an orange jicama salad, with a Corona and lime.

It went hard.

No it was in a frosty glass right out of the freezer, then I put it back in the freezer as I made my tacos. The foam got frozen a bit.

Shit, I cook like that all the time. I just have more time now that I am home.

Tonight I am making a twice cooked crispy citrus Sichuan style beef.

I grilled it last night for a minute or two on each side just to get the grill flavor, and I will wok fry it tonight. I have never maid it before, and I kinda just thought it up yesterday, because I couldn't find a recipe online.

So far, so good. I am slicing up the beef, and it tastes wonderful.
