I just ate the best al pastor tacos ever from the el tigre taco truck next door to my office.

What is your favorite taco, besides the pink variation????

The best tacos i've had in Texas are from a place called El Paisano off of Lombardy. They're corn tortilla tacos filled with steak fajitas. They're $1.25 each and their hot sauce can't be beat.

Aside from the fish, which I love stuffed with cabbage and awesome sauce, I like my other tacos pretty plain, like mostly just meat and cheese. I don't even put lettuce on my JITB tacos.
