Going for the olympics 17-21. Tried doing some searches on the web and didn't find much. IF anyone has been, knows someone that has been, and knows of some hot spots to hit, let me know please!

Go to the imperial palace and eat camel paw. Seriously, there is a recent episode of Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmerman that takes place in Bejing and they went to so many fabulous places.

Take lots of pictures and post them up when you get back!!!! That's so cool! I saw some of those buildings they built and they look amazing!

What events do you have tickets to?

there's a joint called Babyface in the Chaoyang District. I played a party there back in April. Pretty dope spot. Also there's a Ministry of Sound party going down on the 16 at LAN Club. Other than that, there isn't much unless you've got loot to through around at the luxury hotel bars.

However, if you're up for a 10hour train ride, the peeps in Guangzhou throw some proper outdoor events/raves.

Saw this yesterday. Never thought I would say this, but they did make the camel paw look tasty. Definitely going to have to try the duck while I’m there. Might have to try some scorpions…on a stick. Will NOT be trying the pig ear.

Thinking about getting an extra card for the digi cam. I know a lot of pics will come from the Great Wall and Forbidden City. We get 2 free sporting events each day, or we can do 1 tourism site. Really want to see a soccer game, basketball, ping pong, swimming, karate/tae kwon do, and volleyball/beach volleyball.

We are flying out of San Fran on the 16th so probably can’t make the M.O.S. party. We will have extra cash since everything else will be free. Any hotel bars you recommend? We are staying at the Westin. I know we won’t have time for a 10 hr train ride.
