What do you like to run to?
What gets you going?

It really depends on my mood and the time of day.
I listened to The Secret Art of Science on my night run tonight and it was simply perfect...

I have different routes mapped out on my Nike+ website. Most of them last anywhere from 2 to 4 miles. I dont want to sap myself. I come home and do yoga in the front yard when I get done, so I dont wanna run too much and have no energy for balance.

ahhh...i just run for 2 miles on the treadmill with an incline....so i dunno....i hear peeps talk crap about track running vs. treadmill....i need to get me some new running shoes btw.....

I do both. If its too hot, youll see me inside on the treadmill. I feel like I run farther when I am on the treadmill. Its nice to look down and see youve run 5 miles and dont even realize it.
As for running shoes, I love my shox. Ive had NB and Asics, Shoxs just support my knees. And I can use my Nike+ with em...

OH yeah, I always do that when I'm on a treadmill with a tv in front of me. I'll stay on longer just b/c I'm so mesmerized by the moving pictures. Last time I did that I got off all dizzy.

yeah i usually i have vids playing on my phone when i do jog. time just seems to go by alot faster.....so shox???
