Tonight I'm making lemon butter salmon with broccoli and roasted potatoes accompanied by a white wine TBD.

pina colada flavored yogurt
snyders all wheat pretzels
garlic hummus with wheat flatbread or pita
chicken schwarma from afrahs or fadi's
salmon with mustard & dill with a ton of veggie crackers
soy noodles with sesame dressing and steamed chicken wonton dumplings
whole grain tortellini with chicken & herb

dirty vodka martinis with triple olives X3

dark chocolate dusted almonds (yummers)


better tasting than soy milk, the chocolate one is awesome

and i've been really into slow cooked oatmeal with cranberries, raisins & dark brown sugar.

Maybe it was just my scallops. It's cool atmosphere, I just didn't think the food was that hot.

you can still have pasta, just not the white kind. go with spinach, wheat or artichoke pasta. all the love for your sauce with less of the refined junk.

i was missing latin food too. then i started making it with brown rice & wheat tortillas instead of the white or corn. still haven't figured out a loophole for tamales, but i'm looking out

try the syrup stuff sparks was raving on... Agave Nectar. delish & light instead of sticky. no refined sugar but sweet like tequila.
