A baby boy born with two heads in Bangladesh has been placed under police protection because of the curiosity his birth has caused among thousands of locals.

Over the summer I did a report on Harlequin babies....its crazy how these effected infants are percieved by some of their communities.

Its very painful, and its sad how in some areas these infants are put on display...for people to gawk at, while they are in tremendous pain.

in a country like india with a caste system, freaks of nature are considered part of nature and not to be tampered with. that is why the lower class untouchables can be mutilated as a "favor" so they will be better paid beggars.

society gawks because they are condescending pricks. when ppl stop thinking they are better than, less than, all that crap... then the freak show ends and we are all just imperfect people together.

but it straight pisses me off when people use that "they must have done something bad" to deserve suffering. the world isn't fair & you don't have to earn a disability.
