I really wanna make homemade salsa, but I know it's going to be something I have to do many times before I get it how I want it. I may try my first batch this weekend.

It's really not a big deal, I know you are just playing, however seems like you comment on it regulary trying to push my buttons, even though it really is not a button I have. I am confident and happy in my relationship.

It really isnt as hard you think.
Use canned whole tomatoes, they dont have skin on em.
Then add garlic, cilantro (minus stems),onion, peppers, a jalepeno or two...
toss it into a food processor...
DONE.

(or open a can of rotel & dump it in a bowl with some fresh cilantro on top to make it look like you worked really hard. no one will ever know.)

Oh I know it's not hard, but I am picky when it comes to salsa and I am looking for a certain taste and consistancy. I know that to get a recipe right for me is going to take lots of trying. I'm sure I'll enjoy all the batches I make....but there will be one that knocks my socks off and I'll continue with that recipe.

i am in lovemaking with this site: recipezaar

they list 48 million versions of the recipe & you can find one that sounds right instead of trying whatever you find in person.

i loves it all over.
