Lesnar will manhandle him more than likely. Randy is best in the clinch and I dont see him holding him up against the fence very long. Also, randy vs. Fedor wont prove a fucking thing. One only fights in the cage and one fights only in rings. 2 drastically different environments and both of their fighting styles are dependent on them.
