i just failed at not smoking

been wearing the patch for 2 days and hadnt had a single cigarette..until just now. Damn my weak ass and my bosses evil power of persuasion. "you've had a hard week man, one cigarette wont hurt" that bastard. I am dizzy as hell now cause i didnt remove patch and im having slight chest pains.

It's alright, just keep it at one! I'm on day four right now...it's a pain in my ass, but not as bad as i thought/remembered

Your not suppose to smoke while wearing a patch, too much nicotine in your blood is no good.

Try replacing smokes for your favorite gum or candy. Its not that hard to quit if you really want to, however, no matter how much you want to quit your willpower will be tested when you drink.

Nothing better than a shot of good vodka and a cig.
