Actually, let me rephrase... it IS CLOSE to hell because I am sitting her listening to the most condescending sounding person in the world talk to people like they are 4 year olds about home loans.

I'm leaving in 30 though.

I could talk very condescendingly to ppl like they are four year olds... I need that job. I just probably wouldn't give them good advice, though.

I probably wouldn't care so much if it weren't for his technical problems that he has out of the blue and his tendency to blame them on us instead of taking the blame himself due to the fact that he is broadcasting from his office with no engineer on hand who knows how the equipment works on his end.

No. He built a studio at his offices... So he connects via ISDN.

This is why 1) I have to be here every Saturday morning from 8:45-11 in case he can't connect and 2) why he sounds like he's talking in a cardboard box.

Last weekend he called our board op and laid into him because the phones didn't work. The phones are on his end, not ours. I immediately sent out a nasty email saying that there is no reason he should be able to talk to our employees like he did when the problems are on his end and he can't get a qualified engineer there to help. They wanted me to go out there on Saturdays, but I'm not dealing with him.

If it makes you feel any better, I have to stop by work on the way to the boat party. I was an idiot in telling my boss I'm going to Lake Grapevine on Saturday. He's like "Well, since you live in Dallas and will be driving through Las Colinas by work, stop in and check some items for me before the lake."
