 | Gay Willie Nelson Video
So, this just got brought up in conversation today, so I figured I'd post it. A buddy of mine directed, choreographed and edited this. Most of it was recorded at The Round Up down on Cedar Springs. I helped out by cuing to moozik for the dancers. I was asked to go down to Willie's ranch outside of Austin for those parts, but couldn't make it. I guess I was working on it w/ them for about a week. The day we actually shot the video was fairly intense and a fun moment in the Gay Life of MicahB. So for those of you that haven't seen it:

David came out of the closet and divorced his wife about 5 years ago. A dood wrote the Cowboys song back about 10-15 years ago and asked Willie to sing it. After David came out, Willie recorded this to say to David, and publicly, that he's cool w/ da homos. and ftr, Willie is a really cool guy and short.

Willie is a cool guy. Have had a few friends meet him and they all said he was a really cool guy. Im not big on country music but hes a legend as far as that goes. And I was named after his best bud, Mr Waylon Jennings. And hes also down with the  stuff!
