that ticket they apparently wrote that guy in the club might be their downfall. They have a citation that wasnt signed by the guy that got assaulted. They said it wasnt signed cause he was already at the hospital. But the time on the ticket says 2:10....the ambulance company says they werent even called until 2:22.....ooops!

Also, they said he was showing signs of possible alcohol poisoning and fell on his own while he was handcuffed. People with alcohol poinsoning aren't up and walking around. They damn sure don't have to be handcuffed.

very sad.

my roomie works for city vending, and they supply rainbow bar. he said it was taking them FOREVER to even get opened. they kept needing dif permits and shit. a dance permit or something? whatever. they finally get it opened, and then they get fucked with. that sucks. some friends and i are going to go out there this week to show support for the new spot! i hear it's really bad ass, and they put a lot of money into it to fix it up.

1. Ever think about the fact that dispatch's clock is run on a computer and a cop is wearing a wrist watch? Not that hard to be 12 minutes off.....

2. Citation doesn't have to be signed. If you don't sign it, they can haul you off to jail....

3. People showing signs of alcohol poisoning are arrested every day....it's called being drunk. You don't have to be laying down to have symptoms....

how i know the FTW cops are exaggerating:

- nobody grabs the crotch of a cop during a raid. not even a drunk person

- i have a friend that was there & told me it was insane. like 3rd world country homophobic insane. the cops were freaking out looking for trouble.

- i'll come back & post the two different new stories. one written by the good old boys at FW Star Telegram & a little different one written by CNN

sad sad day in tx. here we go looking like yokels again.

Maybe it was like that scene in 'Days of Thunder' where Cole gets molested by the female cop. I've seen drunk queens do a lot worse.
