Mavs Open the Season
minus Howard and Marion, the team looks pretty good. not much of an upgrade, but its a much more athletic tall team..

lost by 5, but it was a preseason game, that had guys coming and going. Howard fouled out with 4 in the third. Wasnt that impressed with quinton ross, but i dont he gets much game. Humphries looked like he'll be a good fill in for Brandon Bass, who actually played quite a bit for ORL last nite. Gooden also played good, and while he's limited by size and athletic ability, the guy really hustles. James Singleton looked good as well too, but Voskuhl, Carroll are total zeros. Roddy was quiet, but for some reason they had him in with Barea, and both guys need the ball to play.

Preseason doesn't really count, so I agree with Feez here. We just want to see if the pistons are firing, not trying to see if they are a playoff team in one game.

barea defied all laws of nature and kept going in on 7 footers and scoring. He even flipped up a nice reverse layup drawing a foul on dwight howard.

And now we come to the same point of contention I had with you and Drex last year: He is you guys' Aaron Brooks wannabe with the drive of a San Antonio Parker.

He gets some better handles or attends a 2002 ason Kidd (kekekeke) playmaker camp, he would be a BETTER asset to your organization.

Like I said, he knows he has to show and prove or das boot is coming end of season. Farm team or not.

you can check and see which times the spurs will be on TV during preseason.

The only time i'll be able to watch the Suns pre season is this Saturday on TNT vs Warriors and on NBA TV (gotta find the date for that one).

Mavs will be on TV everytime they play, either on FXSW and always on KTXA 21.


Right now the Suns are moping the floor with Partizan Belgrade(not like they're good anyways) lol.

Nash is out w/ chest cold.

score 66-39 in the 3rd with 8 minutes left
