Ah this will sound silly, but do you log your food?

If you did, I would take a look and tell you how you can change your diet to get to pooping.

That can be fixed overnight. So if you ate veggies for a week, it's not going to fix the issue.

yeah thats what I think messed me up. I ate a ton of BBQ this past weekend in Luling and Driftwood.

I just went and pooped a little so I think the exlax is starting to work.
