i would have a Colonoscopy asap....my uncle had the same problem...and was was really passive about it....turns out he had colon cancer ...and the only real signs were trouble pooping.....if you are eating a balanced diet you shouldn't have any problems...i can eat a bowl of shredded wheat or oatmeal and poop out a baby arm the next morning
