I'm fine now I pooped a ton yesterday. I will keep eating fiber rich foods. My problem was I ate a ton of BBQ this past weekend

Just an update from last week. I've started adding more and more fiber to my diet and that has def helped. My main problem was that I'm on a medication that causes constipation as a side effect. The usual fiber pills I take help but with the BBQ overload I had 2 weekends ago I compounded the problem. I'm back to normal.

I just laid down an awesome toilet cobra.
