The Houston Police Department has decided that HPD officers will not be able to work at rave parties when they are off duty.

Police Chief C.O. Bradford explained at a press conference today that the Houston Police have been investigating rave parties for the past several months. In the interest of stopping illegal activities at these parties, they will not work security there.

Many police officers work the so called "extra job" as security in their off-duty hours.
