I remember hearing about Paul Johnson playing at a Dallas event back in the day. 3RD Dimenison was one of my favorite tracks. Derrick Carter was good too.
Mallroy Bridge is an exit of I-45 south headed out of downtown Dallas towards Houston. The party was held under a tent in a large field. There were 2000+ people in attendance. The set begins with Chicago traxx - sort of a hard hitting minimal sample heavy house - the mix lasts 145 minutes - in the middle it turns to Chicago and Detroit style house - more of a deep house - and it ends with a last few traxxs.... His mixing is flawless.
I went to several raves there before that event and or a ranch area that people would rent out for raves down I-45.
I remember the parties at Mallroy Bridge and then down the highway a bit is where the Hazy Daze Earth parties were held.

The Hazy Daze Collectiv = God Within - Raincry, West Coast-San Fran wannabe hippy raver vibe. Remember those guys.
