    SHIT SHIT SHIT! I'm an idiot. Got 70 call quality audits to do tonight. That's not that big a deal, I'll just pull an all nighter. Pretty much what I do every month. Got some 5 hour energy and a full pack of smokes and I'm good to go.

    but wait... The goddamned system is down. The only call's I can listen to are my own, not my agents. All the operations team have gone home for the day so there is no one to fix it.
