Reply vs. Reply With Quote

With the way threads are around here, people replying without quoting is really confusing. IMO, it'd be way simpler to remove the "reply" button, and just leave the option with quotes.

I agree, I keep finding myself accidently clicking on reply assuming that it will quote.
