cool... yeah - communist states are notorious for environmental disasters.... orders of magnitude worse than in private property states. The general rule.... if you as a person own it you take better care of it than if the state owns it. Think about it on a personal basis.... do you take better care of your records, cds, equipment etc or other people who may use it? How about this... community proprty at a hotel or bar... the pool cues will suck ass because the users don't own them.

the goal is fine.... the method sucks

people are genuinely charitable.... but when that's compelled by the gov't it doesn't work and tends to have the opposite effect.

I believe our political, social, economic systems should be symbiotic and complimentary w/our human nature rather than trying to correct or fight them.... hops off philosophical soap box

although my concern here really is that .. you'd think a mutation from pollution would cause it to have some sort of birth defect, missing/extra limbs, be a stillborn, or die at birth

not become upright or take attributes from much more evolved species
