no thanks on a 1 hour and 20 minute video of bullshit.
cut to the chase.
chat within an email client is the best way to summarize it for you.
you can start an email exchange between 2 people. bring a 3rd and not have to make them scroll up to see what's going on. they can use a slider to see how watch the conversation evolved. you can have offshoot/side conversations.
there's a bunch more applications, but you really should set aside some time to check it out. it's WAY cool stuff.
I like the whole live character by character chat thing.
It's definitely got some cool features.
Its' like merging email, forums, IM and live chat into one, amongst other things.
I thought the splitting off the email into segmented threads was pretty awesome.

for a min there i thought damn so thats whats Manndog's been up too.
It really depends on what type of mobile apps will use it whether it replaces all those. Desktop it will own everything hands down. There are way too many options there that are really nice.
Facebook is doing a great job of replacing myspace as is but this seems like a really nice set up and I can see it crushing both. Twitters simplicity might win over in mobile functions though. A lot of people don't have andriod or apple phones so all the Google goodness would be at a loss on normal phones.
