    has anyone else seen their rates jump almost 90% from last year???

    to counter the increase in water prices my gf and I shower and flush the toilet 90% less. It's not glamorous, but it is cost effective.
    Do you even know anything about paper? It's not like steel. YOU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PUT PAPER IN A FURNACE? YOU RUIN IT!

    No, I haven't. If anything mine went down. I was living at Royal & 75 last year this time of year & my bill was $30/mo & this past month I live at Fitzhugh & 75 and the bill was $16.49.

    And I do laundry at my apartment now AND have a roommate, so I was thinking maybe it is the water saving toilet or shower heads cause I haven't changed anything. Even the electricity bill is lower over here.

    well... we disputed May's charges. it was kinda ridiculous seeing as we were in Turkey for a couple of weeks and didn't shit that much here stateside.

    so they came out and said there was no leaks and checked the meter and adjusted the rate. so... fast forward to this month and it's now double what it should be. so we have to contest this one again.
